Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the j9pm website or related platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
J9pm reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all users of the j9pm platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access j9pm's full range of services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum age required by law in Malaysia, whichever is higher. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify j9pm immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. j9pm is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the j9pm platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Sharing account information with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
- Using automated software or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Publishing or distributing offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice and without refund of any remaining balance.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the j9pm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. j9pm supports a range of local payment methods including, but not limited to, online banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Successful deposits that have been credited are final unless there is evidence of an unauthorised transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the account matching the user's registered name. j9pm reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals in order to comply with financial regulatory requirements.
Any attempt at fraud, use of another person's payment method, or money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be closed immediately.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
J9pm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. j9pm's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on the j9pm platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and audio and video clips — is the exclusive property of j9pm or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.
J9pm reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the request of law enforcement authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to any refund.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The j9pm platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. j9pm does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
J9pm reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
